Please read these terms carefully before using the aj77 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all conditions set out below.
Introduction to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aj77 ("aj77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the aj77 online gaming platform, including all betting, casino, slots and crash game features available at https://aj77.lat. These Terms apply to all users who access or use any part of the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.

To be eligible to use the aj77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must register using accurate and complete personal information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate unless expressly permitted in writing by aj77.
aj77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to be underage, all funds held in the account will be forfeited and the account closed permanently. We take age verification seriously as part of our commitment to responsible gaming and child protection.
Account Registration and Responsibilities
Each person may register only one account on the aj77 Platform. Registering or operating more than one account (whether under the same or a different name, mobile number, device, or IP address) constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:
- You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and personal information submitted.
- You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. aj77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must promptly notify aj77 if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person.
aj77 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects is in violation of these Terms, is being used for fraudulent purposes, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, aj77 will preserve any evidence and may report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
aj77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and INR (Indian Rupee). The following payment methods are supported for BDT transactions: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, and major bank cards (Visa, Mastercard). All funds deposited to the Platform must be from payment accounts registered in your own name. The following conditions govern all financial transactions:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and review.
- Deposits that remain inactive (no real-money wager placed) may be subject to a review period before withdrawal is approved. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
- aj77 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment service providers may apply their own fees, which are outside aj77's control.
aj77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances aj77 will notify the relevant player and, where required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
From time to time, aj77 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
- Only bets placed on games that contribute to the wagering requirement count towards rollover. Certain games (such as live sports in-play markets and specific table variants) may have reduced or zero contribution. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
- aj77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms.
Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person registering their first-ever account on the aj77 Platform. Players who have previously held an account on the Platform, regardless of account status, are not eligible for new-player promotions.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aj77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of your account balance, and/or legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game or event outcomes.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime, fraud, or money laundering.
- Creating duplicate accounts or registering on behalf of another person without explicit written consent from aj77.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
Intellectual Property
All content on the aj77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of aj77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, publish, display, perform, licence, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aj77. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aj77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption of service. aj77's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. aj77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. aj77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
Amendments, Governing Law and Disputes
aj77 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of commercial law recognised in cross-border digital commerce. aj77 does not make any specific claim to jurisdiction under any single national legal system and expressly disclaims any representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between you and aj77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to independent arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The decision of any such arbitration shall be final and binding on both parties.
